Refund policy

At AuthenticWorldd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive a defective product, you are eligible to request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its full original packaging.

Please note that customized items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are made specifically for you. Exchanges or refunds are accepted only if the product is proven defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customers are required to ship the item back first, and once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days, while replacement orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inspection.
